Is your stylus original one?
The styli in our webshop are NOT maker original.These are brand new stylus manufactured by ourselves. Our stylus is compatible with original cartridge, however, we manufacture stylii according to our standard, e.g. the dimension or material and so on. However our products have been fully approved by Japanese audiophiles for years. Regarding the evaluation, please check the Reviews.

Can you supply the parts of stylus, e.g. cantilever, tip and so on?
A. Unfortunetely, we do not supply the parts of stylus. We supply the stylus as a finished production.
I am looking for a stylus my for Technicraft tc-4000.
Our database indicates that the stylus for the Technicraft tc-4000 is the ATN12XE, which we carry in our online shop.
To ensure it is the correct model, click here and confirm that the shape is the same.

I am looking for a cartridge and stylus for my turntable. Is there a possibility you might have them?
If you are seeking a replacement needle for a specific turntable, to assure compatibility we ask that you send a picture in addition to a detailed description of your turntable. We will request for a picture whether or not we are able to respond with the exact cartridge or stylus information with the description provided in your first inquiry.

Where can I buy your stylus in New York?
Our styli can only be purchased online through this website.
I just received my new needle and it does not play very well. Is there something I need to do to clean it or something special?
